I created this illustration of a 1961 Ford Falcon as part of a project to improve my skills with Adobe Illustrator. I have owned a couple of these Falcons in the past, but alas I no longer do. The styling still really appeals to me however.

MUNI LOGO REDesign
 

This was a project to redesign the logo of the San Francisco Municipal Railway, otherwise known to locals as "MUNI". I always found the 1970's MUNI logo to be difficult to read and very outdated style-wise. I dig vintage logos, but this reminded me of that cheesy sci-fi film "Logan's Run", and I don't think public transportation is a good place for ironic statements.

I referenced the connected type of the original, but I improved the legibility and updated the styling. The color green also has obvious positive ecological connotations. Variations could be applied to trains and buses. A train mockup is also shown.
